Custom Vintage TJ's Stealth 3 Prototype Ultra-Sub-Compact.45

The gun you see below is a TJ's Stealth 3 Prototype number 2 of 2 (Prototype number 1 of 2 was stolen at a gun show in 1993 (reward offered for it's recovery))
This gun started life as a full size 5" Ballester-Molina .45 ACP, and the frame, slide, and barrel were chopped down in size extensively (MFG circa mid 1980's).
For many years this was the smallest functioning .45 semi-auto handgun ever produced (Semmerling not included because it was not semi-auto).
Ballester-Molina .45 was used as a base gun because a 1911 could not be chopped down to this extreme compact size.
The custom finger ring under the trigger guard was to support the recoil of the pistol, the base of the middle finger being the strongest part of a person's hand/grip.
TJ's Stealth 3 features 4 rounds in the mag + 1 in the pipe of .45 Auto. Obviosly all parts were modified and/or custom made.
Cut-Down Guns have Middle Sections Removed from them, not just cut off ends.
TJ's Special Edition Charcoal Grey Teflon Plating, Full Length Guide Rod
Satin Polished Barrel, Cocobolo Wood Grips & Hex Grip Screws
And Of course the Full TJ Action / Trigger Job & Reliability Package
